was told the car would be ready at a certain time but wasn't ready until 4 hours after it was supposed to be
Waiting area is dirty and smoky. Paid for an oil change that was never done, all they did was top off. I half an hour after leaving my indicator light came on saying that the oil level was too high. Went to Meinicke the next day and had them inspect it come to find out that they had never change the oil or the oil filter. They refused to refund. These are the types of mechanics that give Mechanics a bad name!
Poor communication. They should call the customer to let them know what's going on, not hold the vehicle and leave you to check in. I felt the experience was unprofessional. This has happened more than once amongst other things.
