I love the taste of the burgers, the fries are such a delight. The employees were pretty nice and welcoming. Better than most burger places in my opinion.
This Hardee's advertise that they are closed at 9 but the drive thru is open until 10. However when I came to try to order through the drive-thru the employee inside would not take the order would not acknowledge us at the window and wouldn't even look at me when I try to ask a question through the window. Very poor customer service.
Food is usually fresh but it takes a really long time in the drive through, every time.
Orders are seldom correct. Dining room usually locked an hour or two before closing on Sunday. Very dissapointed.
Horrible service!! Lady at the front counter messed up our order and the order after us. She took food off our table to give to the people that ordered after us (even though it was our food)
